At 3:37 Friday afternoon, April 15, 2016, Stations 1 & 27, 4 & 24, 26, 29, Cecil County station 2 and NCC Paramedics were alerted to a residential structure fire. Crews arrived on scene to find smoke coming from the rear of the structure, and additional units from 3, 6 & 12, 7, 8, 9 & 10, 15, and Kent County station 44 were alerted. Crews worked quickly to extinguish the fire and perform overhaul. Once under control the scene was turned over to the Delaware State Fire Marshal.
