At 8:03 New Castle County Dispatch alerted the VHC for a commercial vehicle fire at the above location. Units arrived to find a sleeper cab tractor with fire damage. It was determined that the fire had been mostly extinguished by workers prior to arrival. Crews overhauled the vehicle and extinguished additional hotspots with extinguishers and the booster line off the Rescue. Units were in service for less than an hour.
