At 13:16, New Castle County Emergency Communications alerted the VHC for an MVC on Summit Bridge Road in the area of Chesapeake City Road. Units arrived to find a single vehicle off the roadway with a single patient. Units assisted with patient care and packaging before the scene was placed under control.
