Challenger League Baseball Buddies - Silver Lake Park

Tuesday, May 21st, Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown, Townsend Fire Company and Odessa Fire Company joined together to support the Challenger League of M.O.T. Baseball. Each Firefighter/EMT was buddied up with a player and helped bat and field the ball. A fun time was had by all who attended, especially the kids. After the game, everyone wandered around the various fire apparatus and was able to sit in apparatus, try on gear, ask questions and pose for photos. Thanks to everyone for participating and making this evening a special one.
