At 05:08 this morning the New Castle County Fireboard alerted the VHC for the Ladder and Engine assist Cecil County Stations 2 & 12 (Chesapeake City) on a shed fire. Units arrived to find a shed well involved with extension to the surrounding woods and another shed. Crews assisted with fire suppression and overhaul until released by Command. VHC units operated for approximately 2 hours. Units Responding: Engines 1-6 & 27-5, Tower 27.
