March 5, stations 1&27, 4&24, 26, 29 were altered to a residential fire on Cole blvd in Middletown. Rescue 27 crew entered the dwelling with smoke conditions on the first and second floor. Upon further investigation by the crew, the fire was found in the basement of the dwelling. Attack line was advanced and the fire was extinguished. There was no extension into attached structures. The situation was placed under control.
