At 02:28 the New Castle County Fireboard alerted the VHC, along with New Castle County Paramedics, for a motor vehicle collision with the vehicle reported overturned. Units arrived to find a single vehicle on it's roof and with all of the occupants self extricating prior to fire department arrival. The scene was placed under control and turned over to PD for investigation.
