At 01:48 Sunday morning, April 19, 2015, Stations 1 & 27 were alerted with NCC Medic 5 and DSP Aviation unit Trooper 4 to an MVC w/ Entrapment on Levels Rd. Units arrived to find single vehicle accident with one person trapped. Crews worked to complete extrication and assisted with patient care. Scene was placed under control and turned over to DSP for investigation.
