In the early morning hours of August 30th Stations 1&27 were alerted to an Automaticc Fire Alarm at a residence home in Longmeadow.  The first unit arrived to find heavy smoke conditions in the basement.  Handlines were put in service and the fire was quickly extinguished.  The situation was placed under control
