March 11, 2015 the Volunteer Hose was alerted to an MVC with Entrapment on RT 301 and Strawberry Lane in Middletown.  The first unit arrived and confirmed the entrapment with multiple patients.  It was a two vehicle accident, pick up truck vs tractor trailer.  The tractor trailer was on its side.  Stations 4&24 and 26 werre alerted for an ambulance each.  NCC paramedics were dispatched along with DSP trooper 4.  Five patients were transported, and the situation was placed under control.  Units responded were A-27, A-1, rescue 27, 27-1, 1-6, B-26, B-4, DSP Trooper 4, MPD, NCC Parmedic 2,3,5,6,7 and ALS 211, DSP and NCC Paramedic 611 was activated at the scene
