On the evening of Thursday, April 28, 2016, Volunteer Hose Company was alerted to an MVC located at Route 301 and Levels Road.  Arriving units found a two vehicle MVC with multiple patients, additional BLS units and an ALS unit was requested.  Patients were treated at the scene and then transported to the local hospital.  After clean-up, the scene was turned over to the Middletown Police, and 1 & 27 units returned to the station.
