Stations 1 &27 were alerted to a second MVC about 5:30PM, October 25th at Middletown Odessa Road in front of Hardees.  27-1 was onscence of the first MVC involving a motorcycle/dirt bike when the second call came in.  Rescus/Engine 27 responded from the station to the second MVC.  Due to the second incident they encountered heavy traffic eastbound on 299.  Upon arrival the crew found the patient had been removed from the vehicle by bystanders and the patient was lying in the grass.  The incident involved two vehicles.  First aid was administered and the patient was prepared for transport.  NCC Paramedics arrived to administer advanced care, patient was transported by ground via B-24 who was staging at Middletown ER.  The situation was placed under control and turned over to MPD.  Units responded Rescue/Engine 27, 27-1, B-27, B-24, NCC Paramedics, MPD, NCCPD, DSP, Delaware City PD, State of Delaware Traffic units.
