On July 12 in the early evening hours Stations 1&27 responded to an MVC with the report of an entrapment on Middletown Warwick Rd and Levels Road.  Upon arrival units found that a pick up truck and a car had collided with heavy impact to the car.  The passenger in the car was not trapped and first aid was administered and the patient was transported to a local hospital.
