Stations 1 & 27 along with New Castle County Paramedics and Delaware State Police Trooper 4 were dispatched to an MVC vehicle reported flipped over on its side in the area of Summit Bridge Road and Old Summit Bridge Road.  Units arrived to find a single vehicle accident with a tractor trailer laying on it's driver's side.  Firefighters cut the windshield out of the vehicle to remove the driver, who refused medical treatment.  The situation was placed under control and the scene was turned over to Delaware State Police.
