At 07:13 Monday morning May 4th, Stations 1 & 27 along with NCC medic 5 were alerted to an MVC on Middletown Warwick Road at Ash Blvd.  Units arrived to find one subject trapped.  Crews efficiently extricated patient and assisted with loading for transport. Scene was turned over to MPD.
