At 20:48 Thursday evening, August 12, 2021, Stations 1 & 27, New Castle Coutnty ALS,  DSP Aviation unit Trooper 4 and a BLS unit from stations 4 & 24 were alerted to an MVC - Rollover with subject reported trapped under vehicle on West Main St. in Middletown. Units arrived to find a single vehicle overturned with a subject trapped. Crews worked quickly to extricate patient and prepare for transport. Once extrication was complete the scene was placed under control and turned over to MPD.
