August 28th, 2022 - Residential Structure Fire, Drawyers Creek On August 28th at 21:16hrs, Tower 27, Engine 27-5 and Squad 1 were dispatched to assist Odessa Fire Company on a house fire. 24-8 arrived and reported a single family home with smoke showing. Tower 27 arrived as the first due special service and encountered a fire in the chimney that had spread to the attic. Crews immediately went into service performing primary searches and roof ventilation. Engine 27-5 arrived and assisted with establishing a water supply. Squad 1’s crew performed overhaul. The fire is currently being investigate by the State Fire Marshals Office.
