Sunday morning, August 24th at 01:08hrs, Stations 1&27 were alerted for an MVC at the above address. 27-1 was the first unit to arrive on scene and advised fireboard of entrapment, requesting Trooper 4 to be started along with Medic 5. Rescue 27 arrived moments after and the crews from both units began extrication of the patient, with extrication being complete in 15 minutes. All units were clear the scene by 02:08hrs, with Delaware State police and DelDot standing by for Delmarva Power to replace a sheared pole. Units responding were; 27-1, Rescue 27, Rescue 1, B-1, A-1, Medic 5C, ALS-29 and Trooper 4. DSP and DelDot were on scene as well.
