Friday afternoon, June 26th at 16:01hrs, Stations 1&27 were alerted for a vehicle accident in front of the Cedar Lane Elementary School. Fire department personnel arrived to find a three vehicle accident with significant damage to all of the cars. All occupants were transported to Christiana Hospital for treatment of injuries by Volunteer Hose ambulances A-1 and B-1, as well as A-24 (Odessa) who assisted. New Castle County medics 6D and 9D were sent to assist as well.
