June 23rd at 21:07hrs, Stations 1&27, Stations 4&24 and Station 26 were alerted for a townhouse fire in the Tartan Court community. Fire department personnel found a fire on the rear deck of the residence that had started to spread up the wall through the siding. A quick thinking neighbor extinguished the fire with a fire extinguisher before fire personnel arrived. The Delaware State Fire Marshals office is investigating the incident.
