The Volunteer Hose Company was dispatched to a car accident on Chesapeake City Road in the area of Frazer Road. Shortly after units responded, the call was upgraded to an entrapment which added NCC Medic 6. 1-Captain 2 (Brackin) arrived on location and confirmed that report. Ambulance A-1 and Rescue 27 arrived on scene and began to assess the patients and extricate the driver. Captain Brackin declared the situation under control after all patients were transported.
