Thursday morning after clearing the hospital from a medical call, DSP Trooper 2 made an unscheduled stop at the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown's main station to return some EMS equipment that had been used during their patient transport. While there, the officers took the time to show several local children the inside of the helicopter and explain how their role in aviation serves both Police and EMS.
