Assist Townsend on Working Commercial Structure Fire - Delaware Solid Waste Authority

Monday December 19th at 07:51hrs, the Volunteer Hose Company was alerted to assist Townsend with an engine and ladder for a commercial structure fire. While crews were enroute to the alarm, it was upgraded to a working alarm when DSP arrived on scene and reported smoke showing from the building.
Middletown crews assisted with various fireground tasks, including fire extinguishment, ventillation and overhaul. They were on scene for over two hours.
Tower 27, 27-5 and 27-3 all responded with full crews.
