On March 4th at 20:53hrs., the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown was alerted to a vehicle accident with entrapment and a report of a patient not alert.  B-1 was the first arriving unit confirming one patient with heavy entrapment. 

Units responding were: B-1, B-27, A-27, Trooper 4, Chief Bailey, Rescue 27, 27-1, Rescue / Engine 1-6, and 1-0.
