On Friday, 11/30/12 at 13:38hrs, Volunteer Hose Company was called to an Automatic Fire Alarm at the Middletown Crossing Shopping Center, Papa Johns Pizza. Units arrived to find wires arching from a malfunctioning electrical outlet. Units checked adjacent businesses to find no extension, and notified management. Response was held to Rescue 27, Tower 27 and B-27. Later that same evening, at 16:37, Volunteer Hose Company was called to an MVC on E. Main Street at Promenade Place. Units arrived to find a two vehicle collision with no injuries. Scene was turned over to Middletown Police Department.
