The afternoon of March 3rd the Volutneer Hose hosted the 2013 Bridal Expo in Memorial Hall. The event had many vendors in the hall for the brides to be. The vendors set up displays to showcase their services and products. There was food sampling, desserts, even a chocolate fountian. WDSD 94.7 who sponsored the event did a live broadcast with Sky Phillips, there was a fashion show of the latest wedding dresses. The big event of the afternoon happened just after 3:00PM when 6 lucky brides to be had the opportunity to win a pair of diamond earings by diving into a huge cake. The event concluded with doves being released in front of Memorial Hall. Thanks to all who attended the even as well as to those who helped set up and plan this nice event
